Personal Training in Vancouver WA
Transform your life and achieve your fitness goals with personalized training programs and coaching that gets results.
About Me
In-Home and Online Personal Trainer Based in Vancouver, WA
My training philosophy thrives off the fact that I believe that "fitness is fit for everyone." Exercise shouldn't be something that only happens during a single 12-week program. Exercise should be enjoyable and something that you are able to stick with, no matter who you are. But of course, there is not a single one-size-fits-all approach to health. Everyone is unique. Everyone has their own unique skeletal structure, range of motion, and personality (Yes, even personality plays a role in exercise programming!) Due to this, I have made it my mission to meet everyone where they are on the mountain of life and give them the help and guidance they need to climb even higher. When you train with me, I will strive to meet your needs with exercise programming so that fitness becomes a sustainable lifestyle for you. I will make sure you get the support you need, have your questions answered, and have a friend to celebrate your small wins with. You will gain the confidence you need to stay healthy for an entire lifetime. Whether you're young or old, a complete beginner or well established, looking to lose fat or gain muscle, or anything in between, I'd love to start training with you. I will make your workouts work with you.My biggest motivator for training people is the fact that I have the honor of getting a front-row seat to see their results amd quality-of-life improve in real-time. I can't wait to add your name to my list of reasons for why I became a personal trainer!
Max's Personal Training Specialties
Professional-led training based in Vancouver, WA
Functional Training
Build strength for real-life movement. Functional training focuses on exercises that translate directly to everyday activities—lifting, bending, reaching, and carrying. By training movement patterns rather than isolated muscles, you'll improve balance, coordination, and stability while reducing injury risk. Perfect for anyone looking to enhance their quality of life and stay active for years to come.

Flexibility & Mobility
Move better, feel better. Flexibility and mobility training expands your muscles' effective range of motion, helping you move with greater ease and control. Whether you're recovering from stiffness, preparing for sports, or simply wanting to maintain full-body freedom of movement, we can work on it together.
Injury Prevention
Train smart, stay healthy. Injury prevention and recovery training identifies movement imbalances and weak points before they become problems—and rehabilitates existing injuries safely. Through corrective exercises and targeted programming, you'll build resilience, reduce pain, and return to the activities you love with confidence.

Minimal Equipment
No gym required. Training with minimal equipment means maximum flexibility and accessibility. Using bodyweight, resistance bands, and basic tools, you'll build real strength anywhere—at home, outdoors, or in a small space. Effective, efficient, and uncomplicated.
